We work with you to understand what you want, and tailor your Knoxbrooke experience to match.

Understanding your needs
Our Intake + Support Options team will work with you to understand the support you need. We can also help you understand your NDIS plan and how to make the most of your funding.
Finding the right support for you
We’ll work out a plan that suits you best and find suitable staff. We make a real effort to match the right Support Worker to each individual.
Regularly checking in
Once you’ve onboarded, our teams will continue to support you throughout your Knoxbrooke experience, with regular reviews, check-ins and transitions/connections to new services as needed.
